I had a pocket pc until a year ago, and thought it was really fun. I could put it in my purse and go online in any hot spots. Many restaurants have wi-fi hot spots, as well as hotels and many other businesses. Having a pocket PC is very convenient for taking along. I loved carrying it when I had to wait somewhere, like the car dealership when getting maintenance done on my vehicles, so I could go online with my pocket PC while I waited. I also took it on trips and went online with the pocket PC while in the hotel. The pocket PC was a lot smaller than a laptop or notebook computer, so it was really easy to take anywhere I went. I now have a laptop and while it's not extremely heavy, it is a lot bigger than a pocket PC. I miss the portability of having a pocket PC for taking places with me. Sometime I might buy another pocket PC since I know now how much I miss having one, and miss being able to so easily take it with me.
