During the past two months I have bought two laptop computers, an LCD flat TV DVD combo, a webcam and several video games. Most of these consumer electronics were gifts for other people. Fortunately I did not pay the full retail price for any of these consumer electronics because I was prudent enough to look for a discount for them online.
I never feel bad about buying consumer electronics for myself or members of my family despite the fact that some of them are big ticket items. Consumer electronics, in my experience, make our lives much more comfortable and convenient and this makes them worth the money that they cost. Consumer electronics are an especially worthwhile purchase for people like me who spend a lot of time at home. I work from home and I am also raising my three step-grandkids as though they were my own children. Having all of the consumer electronics we could wish for in our home makes it nice.
