My neighbor had a Nintendo Wii for her kids and this past Christmas there were many Wii video games on their list. Her kids got their wish, but my neighbor also wanted a Wii video game under the tree and she got her wish too. She said she needed to get back into an exercise routine and what better way than to get the Nintendo Wii Fit Plus video. They all love to play the video games as a family, so she wanted to give this video a try. I had never seen this video in action, so I came over to witness what all the fuss was about. What a great exercise set-up! The Nintendo Wii fitness video provided loads of all different kinds of ways to move. You choose and with the balance board it becomes more fun and challenging. My neighbor enjoys exercising with this Nintendo Wii program and she says she is sticking to it. I am tempted to purchase this for myself. We have come a long way from the exercise videos of old.
